Terms of Service

Identity:CreatorOS (“Identity”, “we”) is operated by its founder as a solo-developer product. By using the app or the brand website you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. Two clients

Creators use the Identity iOS and Android app. The website is not a creator client.

Brands use the brand website at /brand to discover creators, post Briefs, and run Deals.

2. Your account

You must be 16+ to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm other users.

3. Your content

Everything you create — Projects, Scripts, voice notes, Patterns — is yours. Publishing a Pattern as public grants other Identity users a limited, non-exclusive licence to fork it. A published Media Kit is visible to anyone who has the URL, including brands and search engines.

4. Creator terms — the app

The app is 100% free: no subscription, no in-app purchases. Some Intelligence actions have a daily cap that resets every day. We may introduce optional paid plans later; if we do, we will give at least 14 days’ notice and never charge without explicit consent.

LLMs can make mistakes. Review Hooks, drafts, and scores before you publish. We are not responsible for the accuracy of generated content.

Don’t upload illegal, malicious, or copyrighted content you don’t own. Don’t use Intelligence to generate harmful or misleading content. Don’t circumvent daily caps.

5. Brand terms — the marketplace

A Deal is a record between one brand and one creator. Status changes are server-owned. You may not jump a Deal to paid, alter receipts, or forge activity.

Settlement is direct UPI from brand to creator, outside the platform. Identity records the amount, UPI reference, and both confirmations. Identity is not a payment processor, does not hold funds, and does not collect a platform fee today. See Pricing.

A Media Kit’s live numbers come from platform APIs Identity fetched (YouTube today). Identity does not guarantee campaign results.

6. Disputes and refunds

Either party may raise a dispute. The Deal freezes. Identity does not promise a review clock and does not reverse a UPI transfer it did not execute. See Refunds.

7. Termination

We can terminate an account that abuses the service. You can terminate yours from Settings, or by emailing devanddeadlifts@gmail.com. Termination triggers a hard delete. See Account & Data Deletion.

8. Liability

Identity is provided “as is”, without warranty. Our maximum liability to you is capped at the lesser of $50 or what you have paid us in the past 12 months (today: $50, because you have not paid us a platform fee).

9. Changes

We will email you at least 14 days before any material change, including if we ever start collecting a platform fee.
