Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Identity: CreatorOS account and all associated data. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Step 1 — Send an email

Send an email to devanddeadlifts@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — Identity CreatorOS".

Step 2 — Include your account email

In the body of the email, include the email address you used to sign in to Identity. This is how we verify the request and locate your account.

Step 3 — We confirm and delete

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive a final email once deletion is complete.

      Alternative: If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account directly from Settings → Account → Delete Account for immediate deletion.
    

What data is deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

Category	Data deleted
Account	Email address, password hash, user profile (display name, avatar, preferences)
Projects & content	All projects, scripts, hooks, ideas, voice note transcripts, editor templates, and edit timelines
Platform connections	All linked platform accounts (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), OAuth tokens, channel IDs, and cached statistics
Analytics data	Platform stats snapshots, AI usage records, adherence scores, and NPS feedback
Monetization	Sponsor deals, deliverables, deal calculations, and subscription records
Social features	Cohort memberships, submissions, sessions, blessing relationships, and Telegram links
Media kit	Public media kit page, slug, profile data, and uploaded avatars
Uploaded files	All files in cloud storage: avatars, video renders, audio recordings, and B-roll assets
Local cache	Uninstalling the app removes all local Hive data (cached videos, drafts, settings, waveforms)

What may be retained

The following data may be retained after deletion for legal, security, or operational reasons:

Anonymised analytics	Contains no PII — PostHog events contain only an anonymous user ID with no email or identifying information	Up to 12 months (PostHog default)
Crash reports	Technical error logs with no personal information (Sentry configured with `sendDefaultPii = false`)	Up to 90 days (Sentry default)
Email records	Transactional emails sent via Resend (e.g. deletion confirmation) retained for legal compliance	Up to 12 months

Note: The retained data above contains no personal identifiable information. Your email, name, content, and all account-linked data are fully deleted.

Data we never had

No payment data — Identity is free and we never process payments or collect card details
No third-party trackers — No Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, or ad-tech
No content training — Your projects and scripts are never used to train AI models
