Refunds and cancellations

Identity does not take a platform fee today and does not execute UPI transfers. There is nothing for us to refund from our own books.

App purchases

The app is free. There are no in-app purchases to refund.

Marketplace payments

The brand pays the creator over UPI. After both sides confirm, Identity stores a receipt. We cannot reverse that UPI payment. A refund, if any, is a new UPI transfer the parties arrange themselves.

Cancel before pay

A Deal can be cancelled before a confirmed payment. No money moved through Identity, so there is nothing to refund.

Dispute after pay

Either party can raise a dispute. The Deal freezes. Identity does not run an admin tribunal and does not promise a review within 24 hours. We can look at the contract, Deliverables, and messages if you email devanddeadlifts@gmail.com. We still cannot claw back UPI.

Kill fee

Identity does not impose a platform kill fee. If your contract between brand and creator names one, that is between you.
